Organizational Responsibility and Authority for Quality
In order to assure our Vision, Quality Policy and Objectives, the responsibility and authority for all activities related to the quality of our products, services and order fulfillment is hereby transferred to all associates of Everite, as defined below:
-All associates have the responsibility and authority to initiate actions to prevent the occurence of any non-conformities related to our products, processes, services and Quality System.
-All asociates have the responsibility and authority to identify and record any problems related to our products, processes, services and Quality System.
-All associates have the responsibility and authority to initiate, recommend and/or provide solutions to quality concerns through appropriate channels.
-All associates have the responsibility and authority to verify the implementation of solutions.
-All associates have the responsibility and authority to control further processing (including the authority to stop production, if necessary, to correct a quality issue), delivery or installation of non-conforming products until such time that the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition can be properly contained and/or eliminated.
-All associates have the responsibility and authority to represent the needs and the voice of the customer during the performance of internal functions.
