Abrasive Cutoff Machine added to Lineup

Everite   Machine   Products    announces   the   introduction  of  a  standard 'Precision Automatic Abrasive Cutoff Machine' to their lineup. The 'Abrasive Cutoff Machine, Ultracut AR7' employs thin rubber bond cutoff wheels, using tungsten carbide wear guides to make precise, clean, smooth cutoffs from any shape bar or tube of any material. The rubber bond wheels are very low cost and feature high cut rates with minimal kerf loss. The new 'Ultracut AR7' features advanced quick change tooling, large splash guard for ease of access, convenient top mounted machine controls, rigid frame construction for greater accuracy, and can be equipped to support unattended cutoff. The AR7 is capable of fixed or variable cut lengths and hosts numerous control features to maximize throughput.
