Machine Products introduces the TC3A Electrochemical
Cutoff Machine
Everite
announces the release of the all new TC3A, the
newest machine in the line of electrochemical
cutoff machines. This TC3A cutoff machine
is not meant to replace the Electrochemical Grinding traditional automatic
cutoff, but to handle the short length, low volume,
bevel or end cut requirements where utilization
might not justify the cost of the automatic cutoff
machine. The TC3A is ideal to trim bent tube ends,
swaged tube ends or produce bevel angle end cuts
and can part off upto 5” of length.
The
TC3A is self contained and easy to use, rugged,
compact, and designed for a production environment.
The power supply, control system and electrolyte
tank are all integral to the machine to conserve
valuable floor space and make it ideal a for work
cell layout. Existing customers may find the TC3A
to be the answer to some capacity issues and new
customers may find the TC3A priced right for entry
into the Electrochemical Grinding burr free technology.
The first TC3A machines are in-process with delivery
anticipated in June.
